Colliers Lists Class A Cypress Creek Office For Lease

Colliers International South Florida is pleased to announce that Senior Commercial Associates Sal Bonsignore and Clinton Casey have been appointed the exclusive leasing agents for 1201 W. Cypress Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The 110,500-square-foot Class A office building is part of the 24-acre Crown Center green campus. Crown Center is the only “for profit” LEED Certified Campus within the State of Florida. Office spaces available at the property range between 5,000 to 16,000 square feet.

“We are truly excited to begin working with the Ownership at Crown Center,” says Bonsignore. “They have a great reputation for creating and maintaining the class A office campus. We are glad to be part of their marketing and leasing team.”

The 470,000 SF Crown Center campus consists of six buildings and is home to numerous large corporate tenants including Sanford-Brown, CruiseOne, and Brown & Brown Insurance.

Randy Johnson Takes Over Leasing At 1200 Corporate Place

Randy Johnson, Regional Director with Keystone Property Group, is now representing the leasing for 1200 Corporate Place, located at 1200 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton.

The building’s leasing efforts were being led by Robert Listokin and Peyton Moore of Colliers.

The four-story, 137,021-square-foot office building is 90% occupied, according to CRE-sources.

After a tenure of just over ten years with Liberty Property Trust, Randy Johnson joined Keystone as Regional Director back in July.  He is responsible for the Southeast Region.

Randy is officed in 1200 Corporate Place, a property acquired by Keystone for $15 million in June, 2011.

Listokin & Moore Sell 2 Boca Raton Buildings

Robert Listokin, SIOR and Peyton Moore, MBA, have completed the sale of two office buildings in Boca Raton in two separate transactions totaling over $6.7 million in value.

Listokin and Moore represented both seller First Southern Bank and buyer Sanctuary Centre Partners, LLC, in the sale of 10 separate office
condominiums at Sanctuary Centre, located at 4800 N. Federal Highway in Boca Raton, FL. A total of 27,503 square feet make up the sold units, which range in size from 642 square feet to 8,256 square feet. Amenities at the project include underground parking and a key location at the major intersection of Federal Highway and Yamato Road in northeast Boca Raton. The buyer plans to lease the units, says Listokin.

The team also sold the Boca Raton Comprehensive Cancer Center at 21020 N. State Road 7 on behalf of the seller, Los Angeles based Aptium Oncology. The 31,632-square-foot office/medical building featured additional land that can support another building of approximately 10,000 square feet, and amenities including impact glass and a location just half a mile from West Boca Medical Center.
