Concept Elite, Inc. Leases 28,654 SF

Michael Scarpino, CCIM and Jennifer Scarpino of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. represented the landlord in the lease of 28,654 rentable square feet of warehouse, manufacturing and showroom space in the 1551 North Powerline Road Building to Concept Elite, Inc. The lease was completed at the three building, 339,554 square foot Superior Commerce Park.

The tenant was not represented by a broker. The lease term was for 66 months with one, five year option to renew.

With the addition of this tenant, occupancy at has now increased to 83.6%.

Concept Elite is a fabricator of granite countertops for a variety of commercial and residential applications. The company plans to open a showroom of their product lines on the street frontage and warehouse their granite slabs in the warehouse portion of the space. They will also be building a state of the art fabrication line in the rear of their space.

Three bays remain available in the 1551 North Powerline Road Building and one bay remains available in the 1541 North Powerline Road Building.
