The local developer, through affiliate 1551 Forum Place LLC, filed plans with the city to redevelop the 3.74-acre site at 1551 Forum Place, just north of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. It currently has a 39,124-square-foot office building that was constructed in 1980.
The developer proposed replacing the office with an eight-story apartment building with 237 units.

GTCR will lease about 26,000 square feet of office in One Flagler, a 25-story office building being developed at 154 Lakeview Ave.
GTCR recently added another 16,695 square feet to its office footprint within One Flagler, said Jordan Rathlev, senior vice president of Related Southeast.
Ryan Barr of Colliers represented GTCR in the lease negotiations. South Florida brokerage TCRE represented One Flagler’s landlord and developer, Related Southeast.
GTCR’s West Palmteam currently is in a temporary office in the Northbridge Centre at 515 N. Flagler Drive.

Ultimate Kronos Group, Inc. (“UKG”) has completed a 140,599-square-foot long-term office lease renewal and a 14,072-square-foot office lease expansion (cumulatively 154,671 square feet) at Weston Pointe, located at 2250 North Commerce Parkway in Weston.
Ultimate Software Group, Inc., which merged with Kronos Incorporated in 2020 to form UKG, was founded in Weston in 1990. UKG currently operates a dual headquarters model, with one headquarters located in Lowell, Massachusetts and the other in Weston, Florida.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Deanna Lobinsky and Chase Kulp represented the landlord, an institutional client of New York Life Real Estate Investors, in the lease negotiations. John Boyle, Tony Jones, and Mary Burnieka, also of Cushman and Wakefield, represented the tenant, UKG.
