Orange Boulevard, LLC has purchased the former Vogue Tyre Center Building, a 24,240 square foot warehouse building located at 2700 NW 55^th Court, Fort Lauderdale for $1,500,000 or $62.00 per square foot.

The Buyer is relocating their distribution facility to this site.  The seller was Vogue Tyre and Rubber Company.

Steven Davis of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty in Fort Lauderdale, Florida represented the Seller in the transaction, and Frank Morrison, with NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., represented the Buyer.
