Randy Johnson, Regional Director with Keystone Property Group, is now representing the leasing for 1200 Corporate Place, located at 1200 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton.

The building’s leasing efforts were being led by Robert Listokin and Peyton Moore of Colliers.

The four-story, 137,021-square-foot office building is 90% occupied, according to CRE-sources.

After a tenure of just over ten years with Liberty Property Trust, Randy Johnson joined Keystone as Regional Director back in July.  He is responsible for the Southeast Region.

Randy is officed in 1200 Corporate Place, a property acquired by Keystone for $15 million in June, 2011.
