Minto Communities USA, a leading developer of new home communities throughout Florida and South Carolina, has relocated its corporate headquarters to the Promenade at Coconut Creek, a thriving mixed-use center near Fort Lauderdale.

Minto has taken on 15,530 square feet of Class A office space, approximately one-fifth larger than its previous Coconut Creek office, which it occupied for more than 20 years.

On Wednesday, August 20, the Minto team held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to dedicate the new space at 4443 Lyons Road, Suite D-201. Approximately 75 employees report to the South Florida headquarters.

The modern office was designed with open workspaces to promote collaboration and efficiency, and includes a wellness room, kitchen and dining area, private phone booths, and a spacious outdoor balcony that overlooks the Promenade’s bustling retail and restaurant offerings.

“After more than 20 years in our previous headquarters, it was time to move into a more vibrant location that reflects both who we are today and where we’re headed,” said William Bullock, President, Minto Communities USA. “This move comes during a period of tremendous growth for Minto. This is an exciting chapter for our company, and this new headquarters sets the stage for the future.”

Minto Communities USA has been headquartered in Florida since 1978 and is currently developing master-planned communities in Florida and South Carolina. Actively selling communities in Florida include Westlake, The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples, and Latitude Margaritaville Watersound in Panama City Beach. Minto is also developing Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head in Hardeeville, South Carolina, and looking to expand to Texas.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that locally based property investor NRNS Acquisition 2101 Commercial LLC has selected the firm to provide agency leasing services at Commercial Tower, a five-story Class A office building in the Cypress Creek submarket.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Donna Korn and Beau Ladwig will lead leasing efforts for the 94,532-square-foot building at 2101 W. Commercial Blvd. near the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport. Current availability ranges from ±1,000 square feet to ±9,212 square feet, offering flexibility for a range of professional users.

NRNS Acquisition 2101 Commercial LLC recently completed an extensive capital improvement program at the property, featuring a fully renovated marble lobby, upgraded elevators, a modern tenant conference center, refreshed common areas and newly built spec suites.

Located minutes away from the Florida Turnpike and Interstate 95, Commercial Tower offers access to efficient travel across the tri-county area.
