Brenner Awarded Leasing & Management For Two Broward Properties

Brenner Real Estate Group has been tapped to provide property management and brokerage services for two office properties in Broward County.

Peter Messina, CCIM, SFR, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, and Michael Eisner, CCIM, Vice President Commercial Brokerage will be responsible for leasing Parkway Professional Building, a 40,858 SF, three-story multi-tenant office building currently undergoing renovation located close to State Road 7 and Florida’s Turnpike at 6151 Miramar Parkway in Miramar.

Messina and Eisner will also be tasked with leasing Hollywood Professional Office, located at 6600 Taft Street in Hollywood. Built in 1978, this 29,044 SF four-story office building is anchored by Wells Fargo. The building is owned by Cone Management, Inc. and Hollywood Dew, LLC.

Roxanna Collins, RPA, Regional Asset Manager, South Florida, along with Wendy Monjaraz, Property Manager and Christen Flory, Property Management Administrative Assistant, will be providing property management services for both properties.
