Blanca CRE Expands Broward Leadership
Blanca Commercial Real Estate announced key leadership appointments to support its rapidly-expanding Broward County presence.
Both South Florida natives and Broward residents, Christina Stine Jolley has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Broward Market Leader and Andrew “Andy” Ackerman joins as Senior Vice President.

Andy Ackerman brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as Senior Vice President. Previously co-leading the leasing of a 3-million-square-foot office portfolio at Comreal and closing over $300 million in sales transactions with CBRE’s Private Client Group in Fort Lauderdale, Ackerman will lead the leasing of approximately 400,000 square feet of Broward County office properties.

Christina Stine Jolley, with Blanca CRE since 2021, steps into her expanded role of Senior Vice President & Broward Market Leader as the firm anchors itself to capitalize on Broward’s evolving market dynamics. Her previous experience includes serving as Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield’s top office tenant advisory team in Broward.
