HART COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATES PENTHOUSE FLOOR AT 33 DOWNTOWN
Miami – January 28, 2015 – Hart Commercial announced today that Ytech International has signed a ten-year, 
6,046 square foot lease at 33 Downtown, located near the government center and Miami Dade’s main courthouse at 33 SW 2nd Avenue in Miami. Hart Commercial’s Sherri Beregovoy represented the owner, Confesa USA, in the transaction.
