HART COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATES PENTHOUSE FLOOR AT 33 DOWNTOWN

Miami – January 28, 2015 – Hart Commercial announced today that Ytech International has signed a ten-year, 6,046 square foot lease at 33 Downtown, located near the government center and Miami Dade’s main courthouse at 33 SW 2^nd Avenue in Miami.  Hart Commercial’s Sherri Beregovoy represented the owner, Confesa USA, in the transaction.
