Brenner Completes Two Industrial Building Sales
Brenner Real Estate Group has completed the sale of two building sales in Pompano Beach.
The 5300 NE 13 Way Building, a 20,000 square foot freestanding industrial building in Pompano Beach, was purchased for the expansion of an automobile sales business. Helen Weissman and Hillary Garbarino, Commercial Associates with Brenner, represented the seller, Flagler Bank. The buyer was represented by Chuck Schwaderer of C.B. Schwaderer, Inc.
Helen Weissman also handled the commercial sale of a 10,000 SF freestanding industrial building located at 280 NW 12th Avenue, Pompano Beach. The purchase of the building by Cavache, Inc., a dredging business in operation for 15 years, represents a relocation for the company from Deerfield Beach. According to Ms. Weissman, the buyer purchased the building because it allowed outside storage for their equipment and was a good value, and for its location and size. She represented Cavache, Inc. The seller, Ray Anthony International, Inc., was represented by Keith Kidwell of Sperry Van Ness.
