The recently completed enhancements reflect the owner’s commitment to meet these needs and reinforce Royal Palm Office Park as a leading business hub in Broward County.”

Link Real Estate has streamlined its South Florida portfolio with the recent sale of a Fort Lauderdale property for $19 million.

An affiliate of Link sold The Glass Shop, a three-story office and retail building located at 105 North Federal Highway, to the Jewish Culture High School based in North Miami Beach.
