Heim Closes Town Center One Lease

Stephen A. Heim, CCIM, of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. represented the Tenants, Freshman & Freshman, LLC, George J. Lott, P.A., James J. Traitz, LLC, and Robert E. Shack, P.A., collectively, in a recent lease transaction at Town Center One.

The 211,000 square foot, 24-story office tower is located at 8950 SW 74th Court in the Dadeland area and is approximately 54% leased.

The tenants will utilize the 3,460 SF of office space for their law offices.
