Health Care Education Company To Open First South Florida Office

A company that develops, markets, and manages health care education programs secured 21,673 square feet in a Miramar office building.

Orbis Education Services closed on the lease deal at Huntington Centre I building at 2901 S.W. 149th Ave. in the first quarter, according to a recent office market report from Cushman & Wakefield.

Orbis is expected to move into the space by the end of 2024 or the beginning of 2025. It’s Orbis’ first location in South Florida. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
